CreaTech Solutions is pleased to announce that we are now
collaborating with Healthcare-ID, developers of
the Donor-ID software, to provide integration of our donor screening maps
with the Donor-ID electronic donor questionnaire.
We believe that the implementation of a well-designed
electronic donor questionnaire can dramatically improve control of the
donor screening process by ensuring that all screening requirements have
been met before allowing donors to proceed to the collection process. This
helps to reduce both screening errors and wasted collections.
The Donor-ID software also includes a Quality Control
(QC) module that allows users to capture serial numbers of equipment used,
lot numbers and expiration dates of critical materials and supplies, as
well as the results of QC testing. Donor-ID can be configured to disable
the donor screening module when required QC information is either
incomplete or out of range. In effect, donors cannot be collected until QC
is complete and acceptable.
